Adventurer\'s Club Hey - not sure if this is in the right spot, but here goes: What exactly is the Adventurer's Club and where is it? I think it's over in Pleasure Island right? I'm thinking this might be fun (from what I can gather) for my future husband and I to do on our Honeymoon - just wanted some more info. Thanks guys! PS -- The wedding plans are coming along, looks like we'll be on the Honeymoon Sept. 2006! Yeah!!!

Re: Adventurer\'s Club It's a great place, but I find it a little difficult to explain. I think All Ears Net does a great job of explaining all about it though. We've been twice now and love it there - it's now a must do for us. ![]()

Re: Adventurer\'s Club Thank you so much for the link to All Ears Net's review -- this sounds like an awesome place! I have a feeling this will be a favorite place to visit as husband-to-be and I are both in the theatre world (he does improv and mime, I do musical theatre and comedy)....basically we're big hams!

Re: Adventurer\'s Club I love the Adventurers Club! You can really be a part of the act if you choose (sometimes even if you do not choose)! Go when they open and stay a while, it really is a blast! Janet

Re: Adventurer\'s Club Again...thank you guys! This board is amazing, you people are so quick with your answers - I love it! We'll definitely do Pleasure Island then - probably spend a few hours at the AC, then do the Comedy club, then head over for dancing! Anyone have any recommendations about good dance clubs at PI? The last time I went I was 16 and went with my parents - we hung out at the comedy place and then went to one of the Country music places (for my Dad) and then it was getting late....I don't remember hanging out at any other club (this was 1992). Thanks!

| Re: Adventurer\'s Club [ QUOTE ] Anyone have any recommendations about good dance clubs at PI? [/ QUOTE ] It totally depends on your tastes in music. P.I. has five dance clubs to choose from: Mannequins Dance Palace (very popular and very loud offering the latest in music), 8Trax (Disco music), Motion (Mostly top 40 hits and alternative music), BET SoundStage Club (contemporary music), and Rock'n'Roll Beach Club (both modern and classic rock music with live bands). As you can see there's a lot to choose from so you might want to club hop a bit and experience them all. When you go to P.I. for the first night, if you think you might like to visit again during your stay, you can opt to pay an additional fee (about $5) and that gains you unlimited admission for 5 consecutive nights.
