Park Hours for September and Character Breakfast

HI! Just gave my credit card # to the Disney folks--thank goodness the lodging dilemma is solved (Dixie Landings)!

Anyone know what or where I can find the hours for the parks for September?

Also, would like input in preparing for my Day One plan:

We (4 and 6 yo, DH and mom and stepdad and me)will arrive 9/21 at 11:15 AM (so plan to be at WDW around 1). Do we shoot for the MK or hit the hotel pool? I am probably going with Hopper Plus passes instead of Length of Stay. Thanks!

Congrats on booking your trip! You'll love DXL. You can find out the park hours at the Disney site http://asp.disney.go.com/disneyworld...ours/index.asp

I would go to MK right away!

Dixie Landings is a great place, you'll love it!
If MK closes early, you might not want to use up a day on your passes for just 5-6 hours. If it's an E-ride night though it might be worth it.
You may have to wait and see how tired everyone is after your trip.
There's plenty of time to decide and I'm sure you'll be getting many more suggestions.

Take care-
Laura

Hi! We're going on Sept 23. We are arriving at about the same time you are and because we don't have length of stay passes, we are not going to waste one or our days. We will probably just check out the hotel grounds(PO) and then take the boat ride over to Downtown. Enjoy!!

We have the passes with the resort magic. If I were you I wouldn't waste one of my day passes either for just a few hours. You can go to DD, the pools or do some resort hopping if you plan on going back.

Re: Park Hours for September and Character Breakfast

We will be arriving Sept 23 around 10 am but will be stopping off in Orland then to our resort.

Two of us have AP's and the other two need to get tickets... so we plan to check in at the resort, purchase tickets, (room probably still won't be ready) maybe go for a swim & let them check out the resort while waiting for the room.

At 6:30 pm we will head to the GF for the Villians Character Dinner.

After the dinner we probably will go back to the resort for some much needed rest! (I know none of us will have slept very well ) Then head to the parks the next day.
