| Second Thoughts About RPR I understand the Royal Pacific rooms are due to be renovated in June. We're booked there for September 30 and October 1st. Should I be concerned? Should I go ahead and switch to the Hard Rock(our 2nd choice)? What do you think? Do you think most of the work will be done by the time we're there? | I would switch to HRH only if you get a better deal. The renovations at RPR are bound to make the rooms even better.

| The Royal Pacific is a beautiful resort. I wouldn't think the renovations would affect you. The only reason I would switch to the HR is that it is closer to US. RP is closest to IOA.

| Cindy, I wouldn't switch unless you find a better rate at HRH. You and Tom will love either resort. (They both have nice pool bars, although HRH's is a bit cooler, and remember you are permitted to pool hop) Even if they are still renovating, I'm pretty certain that you will not be staying on the same floor or same wing that they are working on. At least that's how the HRH renovations were handled -- guests were not booked in the same area they were working on. I stayed at HRH pre-reno and post-reno and the rooms now are gorgeous.... I can only imagine how beautiful the RPR rooms will be post-reno, since they were beautiful to begin with.

| I stayed at HRH during the renovations last October. You could hardly tell any construction was going on. The only signs of renovations was a small sign that said this wing was being renovated and not to enter. I didn't hear any loud banging noises or loud machinery running.
