| IOA Bag Question??? I posted this in the wrong place the first time! It's been such a long day at work....but I got it right the second time! When we go to IOA I'm assuming we will have a hard time taking bags on a ride. I have never been before, but after hearing descriptions of the Hulk and some of the other coasters, I'm pretty sure the bags will need to be left somewhere. Can we leave the bag where we get on the ride to be picked up once we finish, or is that not a possibility? I'm not a fan of lockers, so if a locker is needed for that day we probably just won't bring a bag. My DBF has been before, but he remembers nothing about the bag situation! Any information you have would be very helpful!

| You do have to put your stuff in a locker. Below is from the website, although I'm pretty sure last time I went, all lockers were free under a specific amount of time. Lockers are available within each of the theme parks for guest rental for $8.00 per day, with family size lockers available at Universal Studios Florida for $10.00 per day. Guests have unlimited access to these lockers during the course of the day. Additional lockers are available at Islands of Adventure for $2.00 per hour, with a $14.00 per day maximum. These lockers are available at the entrance of the following attractions: - Incredible Hulk Coaster® - Dueling Dragons® - Jurassic Park River Adventure® - Revenge of the Mummy® - Men in Black® NOTE: The lockers at the Incredible Hulk Coaster and Dueling Dragons are free for at least the first 45 minutes (time may vary - check with the individual attractions for specific length of time).

| They will not let you bring on pocketbooks, camera around your neck or a small camera bag. I believe even a waist pack has to go in. as well as hats, sunglasses. It was sort of a pain, but it was worth it for the rides. Just don't forget your locker number. They do the finger scan thing to unlock the locker and you can switch to a new locker to avoid paying. But it helps to write down the locker number so you know which one is yours. Twice I had to have someone open the system up and scan mu finger to tell me which locker was mine mind like a steel trap.

| Bags are not allowed on the Incredible Hulk Coaster or Dueling Dragons. The only bags you can take with you on those roller coasters are fanny packs or a small pack that is attached securely around your waist. You can store your bags in the lockers near the attraction. The lockers are free for a limited time. Then they are around $1 for every 30 minutes. Dueling Dragons lockers are free for around 45 minutes and the Hulk's lockers are free for 75 minutes. The locker time adjusts, depending on the queue time for the coasters. There are also lockers by the Jurassic Park River Adventure and Dudley Do-Right's Ripsaw Falls, but I believe they are $1 for every hour. You can store your gear at your feet on the Jurassic Park River Adventure. Ripsaw Falls logs have very tight space and I don't think you can store a large bag with you in the log. Other places to store your gear on other rides at IOA: Dr. Doom's Fearfall: store gear in small boxes or on the floor in the load area (no one else is allowed in the load area during your ride) Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man: store gear at your feet on the floor Cat in the Hat: store gear at your feet or the small net bags in front of you Caro-Seuss-Sel: gear can go in the area beside the carosuel One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish: gear can go by your feet in the "fish" or beside the ride High in the Sky Seuss Trolley Ride: gear goes by your feet in the ride Posideon's Fury: you can carry your gear, as this is a walkthrough attraction Eighth Voyage of Sinbad: it's a show, so no need ot worry about your bags Flying Unicorn: gear goes by your feet in the ride. You can also put larger bags on a shelf or by the exit area. Camp Jurassic: Play area, no need to worry about your bags Popeye and Bluto's Bildge Raft Barges: The center area is covered with a plastic covering and gear goes in there. You can also store bags in the lockers by Ripsaw Falls.

At US they are also required at the Mummy and MIB. I've never found the lockers to be inconvenient. But if you're planning on touring commando and don't want to take time to deal with lockers, then leave your bags. We like to wear cargo shorts with lots of pockets.

| Thank you all so much for the information! I would have NEVER found this much info prior to arriving, and after we arrive things would have probably been too hectic to make sense of everything. I really appreciate it!
