| 3 Notes at Portofino...Never again! What can I tell you. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong. From requesting a knife three times to cut a birthday cake. Being charged for a Luau we couldn't attend due to Fay and then to add insult to injury our room key purchase was loudly declined at the Hard Rock because after all we were guests of the Portofino? My DH's loud argument with the concierge and getting stuck at the parks and the hotel when the boats stopped running. Oh yes walking to the Portofino in a deluge due to said boats. It was horrible and I will never return. Management needs some work.

| I was there during Fay too! The rain, yikes!! We went thru 2 ponchos!! We were at the Hard Rock, didn't feel like trudging back down the path in the deluge, boats not running, but they do have a bus shuttle back to the 3 hotels, which we took. We were treated very well, so for those of you who were planing to stay, I would stay with your plan. Sometimes things go wrong, no mater where you stay, WDW or other places. But the majority of time I think there's no problem.
