We certainly booked to east at Emeril's and a friend called the day before to re-confirm our booking, as that's what you have to do there.

We made a reservation at Margaritaville when we ate there as it does tend to get crowded. We also made reservations at Tchop Chop (which is Emeril's other restaurant there). I definitely recommend doing so for those places if you are thinking of going. For Emeril's you can make reservations at Open Table.

Just be sure if you make them for Emeril's that you DO CALL 24 hours before your reservation or you will lose it. I did this back in 2000--made reservations--and then forgot to confirm it. Lucikly, we had an early ressie and it wasn't too crowded. They had deleted our ressie, but I explained to them that I was traveling with twelve 13-year old boys (we were at Disney for a baseball tournament at the Sports Center) and totally forgot to call. It was the head coach and his son and me and my son. They squeezed us in. Ever since, I have remembered to call 24 hours to reconfirm our ressie (they also require this at the Emeril's in Las Vegas).
