| We certainly booked to east at Emeril's and a friend called the day before to re-confirm our booking, as that's what you have to do there.

| We made a reservation at Margaritaville when we ate there as it does tend to get crowded. We also made reservations at Tchop Chop (which is Emeril's other restaurant there). I definitely recommend doing so for those places if you are thinking of going. For Emeril's you can make reservations at Open Table.

| Just be sure if you make them for Emeril's that you DO CALL 24 hours before your reservation or you will lose it. I did this back in 2000--made reservations--and then forgot to confirm it. Lucikly, we had an early ressie and it wasn't too crowded. They had deleted our ressie, but I explained to them that I was traveling with twelve 13-year old boys (we were at Disney for a baseball tournament at the Sports Center) and totally forgot to call. It was the head coach and his son and me and my son. They squeezed us in. Ever since, I have remembered to call 24 hours to reconfirm our ressie (they also require this at the Emeril's in Las Vegas).
