| I just noticed on the Universal website that the Camp Jurassic play area is listed as having a 48" height requirement. I thought it was just a playground. Does anyone know why there would be a height requirement for this? We haven't done IOA before and DD is only 36" tall so I'm worried there may not be alot for her when we go in a couple of weeks. She loves playgrounds so I was hoping we could spend time there while DH and DS did some of the big kid rides. Thanks for any help with this!

| I'm thinking it means 48" and under. It definitely doesn't have anything that would justify a height requirement. The Pteranodon flyers have a height requirement that you must be under to ride (unless you are an adult accompanying a child under the height requirement), so I think this is what it's referring to.

| I've never noticed a "height requirement" sign at the play area. Maybe it is for the PF. The play area is always populated by kids and adults of all ages and size. I will say that the play area is very large so you will have to follow very young children around to be able to keep track of them. My family has always enjoyed the whole Jurassic themed area. Probably the best themed area at IA. Have fun. |
