Lightbulb Abbreviation help

Are there any other newer users here who sometimes feel like they are reading text in a foreign language. If you are stumped by some of the many abbreviations that appear in posts on this and other Disney discussion sites, I found a list in one of the tutorials that I have printed up and taped next to my monitor for easy access. Here is the address:
PassPorter Community - Message Boards and Forums - FAQ: Reading and Posting Messages
I find this most helpful and I don't get a headache trying to figure them all out.

Once you get used to it its easy. But that is a great idea to print it up and tape it next to your monitor.

I am so glad you found the answers you needed in the FAQ section!
If ever you need help finding something, just post the request.
There are lots of great people here who are more than willing to help!
I like the idea of putting the list where you can access it so easily!
In a very short amount of time - you will find that you won't need that list!

That is a great idea! I know most of them now but there are still a few that leave me stumped. It's almost a game to see if I can figure it out, or what kind of crazy names I can come up with, before I have to go look it up.

I agree. I have had many answers to every question and have been very impressed with the fact that I have gotten responses from Dave Marx who is one of the Passporter elite. This shows that they care about their product which is not the case everywhere online

I remember too how lost I was when I first joined. I'm used to the abbreviations now. Soon you will be too! Oh and yes, everyone is very helpful and friendly here. I believe this to be the best message board on the internet!

I remember feeling the exact same way! I was so confused. I'm glad you found the FAQ's - even after over 7 years here I still find myself referring to them for answers.
