I still haven't rec'd my Passporter

Should I be worried? I ordered it on 30 Jan 08. I'm in Canada, so I'm assuming it has to make it's way through customs and whatever else they do. Does anyone know if there is a way for me to check where it is in transit or even if it was lost? Of course, when I check my mail box on the way home today from work it will probably be there.

I Run Long, it depends a lot on what you ordered and when it was shipped. If you placed a pre-order for a cruise guide, for example, those just went out so it'll be a little while before you get your copy in Canada. To find out more specifically, call us at 877-929-3273 or e-mail orders@passporter.com (but you may not get a response for a few days due to the holiday weekend).

Thanks Jennifer! I guess I should have specified what I ordered - that would have helped. I ordered the WDW guide and the Cruise Guide. I understand that the cruise guides have only just gone out - can't wait to see it. I'll wait until after the holiday to inquire, with my luck it will be in my mailbox when I get home.

Debbie, just an FYI about Canada Customs and the mail... the longest I've ever waited for anything from PassPorter is between 3 and 4 weeks. I always joke that the Customs guys have to read the book before they'll release it to the post office....

I hope you have a nice surprise in your mailbox when you get home!

Also, note that unless you placed two separate orders (so there would be two separate postage charges), your Walt Disney World guide went out when your Disney Cruise Line guide was shipped.

Thanks Dave - that makes sense. I placed it as one order not 2 separate orders. I'm just so excited and can't wait to get them. You know us Disney people are a little bit nutty about all things Disney.
