I just gave away my Passporter......

.....to a co-worker who has never been to WDW before, her kids are so excited, the older son just made his first trip last year with the High School Band and of course his siblings have not stopped talking about when they will get the chance to go. So she surprised them all and said they are going in June!!!! They are all excited, she is military and has already made her hotel arrangements at Shades of Green. With my old Passporter she is off to a great start, of course I told her about all the new name changes and the best places to eat....

PS: Don't worry I still have a Passporter for myself, I just upgraded to the Deluxe model

That was so nice of you! Doesn't it feel great to spread the joy of WDW planning???

I gave my '07 copy of PP to a coworker who is surprising her kids with their first trip in June as well!

Of course, I had already purchased the '08 edition for our recent trip in Feb. I was sure to tell her how wonderful this site is and how helpful and friendly everyone was!

YEA Passporter!!!

That is one reason I have never bought the deluxe version. I can give my older editions to folks planning trips. I just gave my 07 to a woman at dh office so they can start planning their 09 trip. You can't start reading/planning too early.

I have also given away my older passporter editions. I love the planning process of each trip. It has been fun to watch the other families plan their own trips.

I gave my 2007 spiral away. I upgraded to a deluxe for the 2008.

I work in a german owned plant & everyone at work knows I'm a Disney planning nut. Well a german that was here working for a few months wanted to take his family to WDW. So a co-worker referred him to me. I gave him my old passporter. He tried to return it to me after their trip but I told him to keep it as a keepsake of their trip. He was very thankful. Made me fell good!

Everyone at work comes to me for their Disney trip planning. Of course- I can't afford to give them all a passporter.

I always pass along my old passporters to first timers planning for parks. It is a great way to break them in the planning stage and then I normally meet with them after a week or so and help them plan their trips. I have even had one person set up a proposal at CRT at lunch last summer. It was so cute and special for them. Of course, when my co-worker returned to the office I had the pics she had emailed printed and hanging around her cube for everyone to see.
