| Order Question I pre-ordered the 2009 Deluxe Refill. At the same time I ordered the 2008 Deluxe Refill. The email confirmation I received stated "Thank you again for your order! This is a confirmation that we received your payment. One or more of the items you ordered is on pre-order, and your package is expected to ship October 15, 2008 to this address:" Does this mean that my 2008 refill will not ship until then? I don't want to wait until then. I sent my spiral 2008 to a friend.

| You can call the office 8:30am - 6:00pm Eastern at 877-929-3273 and split the order so you can get the 2008 now. When you place a single order, there's only one shipping charge, We'll have to charge additional for shipping two separate packages, since it costs more to ship two, two-pound packages than one, four-pound package. While admittedly there is a lot of fine print to read, we do advise folks to place two separate orders if one item is a pre-order and they want the rest of the order now.

| Just wanted to say I received my 2008 refill Saturday! I called first thing Thursday morning & explained what I had done. The woman was very helpful & got it taken care of. So now I can start transferring my notes to my PP. When the spiral edition ran out of stock, my best friend was getting ready to order one. She and her DD & DGS are going in October so I sent her mine. They have not been since the late 80's. Thanks PP for more great service!
