| logo didn't hold up first off, thanks to whoever thought up the Passholder pouch. I used one for the first time and loved it. I kept all my necessary plastic in it, plus envelopes for tips and spending money. My complaint, well, not really a complaint, just an observation.... the logo started to fall off. I lost an "s" , an "o", the word "meet" and the ". com" I now have an even more unique pouch , but I will still use it for any subsequent trips. Can they possibly be embroidered for future versions? or is that too expensive??

| Our apologies for that! We're not sure why this has been a problem on some pouches, but there are a variety of possibilities related to the imprinting process. We're currently looking into it, and 'though we don't produce huge numbers of these at a time, we expect to have the problem licked by the next time we order a batch. It may require extra care by the imprinter (surface preparation, ink formulation, etc.) or a modification of the design (fewer small, free-standing elements). Embroidery is an expensive option, one that could come close to doubling the price of the pouch. Since we've been selling imprinted pouches for many years, we're confident that we won't have to go that far (although if enough folks are interested in a deluxe, embroidered pouch, who knows? We might offer those, too.)

| I have the standard pouches for my whole family and they've held up nicely since 2006 but i'd be more than willing to purchase a "deluxe" version |

| Yeah, Deluxe for me, too!!!!! I use mine all the time, and an embroidered one would hold up very nicely.

| I thought there was a place where you could see different views of the pouch. I went to the store, but it only shows one view. Does anyone know where I can see different views? I have been on the fence about getting one (I can't wear anything around my neck). Tried to order one a while back (but they were sold out) now I'm back to not being sure. I just wish I could see it from every angle. I think it will help me decide.

| Tinker, if you scroll down the page a bit in the product description, you'll see links for: front , front when open, and back. Nearer the top of the page you'll also see a link for photo page , a gallery of folks wearing their old-graphic pouches!

| Thanks Dave. My possessed computer wasn't loading the full page earlier today. When I came back this afternoon the full page was there. I think this old emac is haunted!

| I would love the deluxe pouch also. Especially it it comes in the same material as the deluxe binder, i think that would help it be waterproof in case you are caught in one of orlando summer storms.

| Do y'all ever find the pouch getting in your way? We don't carry bags to the parks because the security lines are too long and I often don't have pockets (darn women's clothes) so DH is forced to carry all of my stuff. I'm interested in the pouch but DH has already started teasing me that I might as well strap on a fanny pack if I'm going to hang a big thing around my neck. I checked out the pic and they look pretty big. I'm just wondering how the weight is and if they get in your way. |

| They are only a few ounces at most -- I don't like wearing things around my neck and the pouch doesn't bother me one bit. By the way, I've also seen people loop them through a belt loop to hang them from their waist. Eileen

| Thanks! I think I'll try it. It's so inexpensive that I won't be out much even if I do decide not to use it. Plus, I'm tired of never being able to carry my own KTTW card and chapstick. |
