| New Community Feature: Enhanced Profiles I'm pleased to announce the introduction of our Enhanced Profiles for community members! Here is an example of a new and improved profile: http://www.passporterboards.com/foru...%2Bmarx-7.html All members have their own personal profile page -- to view it, click on a member name. To see your own, go to My Home then click the Your Profile link at the top of the left-hand column. If you were familiar with our old profiles, you'll see the enhanced profiles are organized differently and offer some new features, such as: 1. Status: You can set your current status by clicking the "Edit" link below your name. Use this to let people know what you're doing these days! 2. Visitor Messages: Leave someone a message and get messages of your own! These messages are public, of course, and this is a good way to wish someone a nice day or bon voyage! 3. Friends: You can invite friends and get friendship requests -- when you accept a friendship request, that member's name and icon appear in your Friends section. 4. Photo Albums: You can create photo albums and upload pictures to them. This is an excellent way to share personal, family, and vacation photos. 5. Group Memberships: We're adding a new feature -- special interest groups (see separate announcement) -- and any groups you belong to will appear in this list. 6. Recent Visitors: Your profile keeps track of who visited your profile recently, too! 7. Achievements: This is another new feature -- see the separate announcement on this one as well. Everyone can customize their profile with a font of their choosing by going to My Home > Customize Profile. PassPorter's Club Passholders can also change the colors, borders, background images, and such in the same spot. Enjoy your enhanced profile and post any suggestions/questions here!
