| Thanks so much, Dave!!! Even in the midst of handling a Little One, you were nice enough to answer the phone on Wednesday when I called to have my PassPorter tracked down. You sent a second one out (shipped on 12/31 according to the tag) and I just received it today.... how's that for quick service! Thanks so much for taking care of this for me. We may never know what happened to the first one, but I've got one now.

| You're welcome! I'm really impressed with the USPS on this (second) shipment. Maryland is typically 2-3 business day shipping from here via Priority Mail, and when you consider yesterday wasn't a business day.... Perhaps they're trying to make up for all the delays earlier in December?
