What's the difference?

Can someone tell me, if I buy the deluxe passporter, can I just buy a refill for the next year, or do I have to buy a whole new deluxe passporter when it's time to get the new edition??

That's exactly right - you'll only need to buy the refill edition in years to come if you buy the deluxe this year. I can thoroughly recommend the deluxe.

I love the deluxe version - I bought it in 2001 and have gotten updates for 3 trips since then! Enjoy.
