| Valentine's free media mail question I know you said you can't go back and credit orders but I wasn't sure that if that meant orders placed that morning? I also still need to order 1 more Passporter Pouch so I was wondering if a credit towards a new one could be done?

| The offer went into effect at 3:00pm ET on Thursday. The full description of the offer explains that it cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before then (sorry!).
