| Dave or Jenn your attention please... It seems that every time I order something from the store within hours a special comes about. It started a while ago then it happened again last week with the Cruise book and the free shipping then it happened again today with the Refill kit and now the luggage tag. So how do I know when you are going to put out special so I can take advantage of them instead of getting tossed aside a few hours before hand? Sorry if this sounds like I am upset, I am not. I am just hurt by this as I would adore the luggage tag.

| Mary, you got lucky on this and got in under the wire. We tossed a tag in with every order that we shipped today. Giving advanced notice of special deals still results in the same disappointment among those who ordered just before we made the announcement. There will always be someone "on the wrong side of the line" no matter where we draw that line. Further, there are good business reasons to not make advance announcements - it tends to put the brakes on order activity until the special goes into effect. Our cash flow and work flow around the office already resembles a roller coaster, but at least it's just a Disney coaster, not an extreme coaster.
