Re: The Budget Worksheet. Who uses it? Tips or questions?

I found the budget worksheet to be great as long as you use your pencil! This is my 1st trip and I have no idea what to budget for! I'm not one to budget anything much-I'm figuring that with all the planning I'm doing (using my Pasporter and this site) I'll make my trip as affordable as I can and if I spend too much while I'm there- oh well, I'll just sell a cow to pay the rest when I get home!! That's my plan!

Re: The Budget Worksheet. Who uses it? Tips or questions?

I love the budgeter! It really helps to know how much more I need to work toward and helps me to plan in extras like romantic dinners! Plus, having it helps me convince my husband that he should put his bonus toward Disney and NOT that new shotgun he's been eyeing!

Re: The Budget Worksheet. Who uses it? Tips or questions?

I sure will be using a budget this trip. It is going to be my last trip for a few year's. We are breaking ground in Nov. for a new home and dd off to college next year! DH is not a Disney fan like myself, so he is staying home with the start of the construction. So it will be me, my dd (age 17) and her best friend same age. 15night at Polynesian. DH has asked me to slow down on the spending this trip! I said no problem. So I have ordered from the Braxton Exchange The 100 year serie's of plate with frame for my New "Disney Room" in my new home....

Re: The Budget Worksheet. Who uses it? Tips or questions?

I have put some info on the budgeting page. I have most of mine on a piece of paper. I think I will transfer the amounts in so that I can look back and see what my budget was.
I never take a trip without some kind of budget. Budgeting is my life.

Re: The Budget Worksheet. Who uses it? Tips or questions?

I didn't use to be a budget person, but with age hopefully comes wisdom. I'm kind of enjoying the whole budget thing. We're coming to WDW next month and I think my DH will be quite pleased to see all the thought and hard work I've put into making this a special trip. It's his first time and my and DD & DS 2nd and we're just so anxious to show him a Mickey good time.
