| Having probs ordering pouch I am trying to order the pouch off of here but when I try to put in my email address because it wont accept my password for the forget password part it tells me that my email address doesnt match. I go to my account and my email address is correct there. Why is it telling me my email address doesnt match. |

| Connie, are you trying to log in with your message board login and password? The store login system is separate from the message board system, so it's possible that it has different information. The easiest thing to do is to make a brand-new login at the store, rather than try to use the existing login. There's nothing that will prevent you from doing that. I hope that helps!
