| Deluxe binder rings? Hi everyone, I confess that I ordered the 2009 Deluxe Passporter some time back and finally took it out of the box. We've moved and have been real busy! I was so excited about finally upgrading to the Deluxe, but my binder rings in it don't meet up quite right and the pages don't turn easily. Does anyone else have this issue? I'm a bit disappointed  .Just wondering,

| Yes, please contact us. We have this problem with a small number of binders every year - undoubtedly a manufacturing/design issue whereever they make the ring assembly. We'll send out a replacement.

| Mine does the same thing. I thought it was just the way the deluxe edition was . No problem as I was able to read it anyway! I am very glad it was replaced for you. The customer service is so great with the PassPorter!!!!
