| It's been so used in the last few months since I bought it, the binding seems to be twisting out a bit. When I close my book, the pages stick out from the bottom of the cover. How can I get it back to normal? ![]() |

| Unfortunately, that's one of the normal characteristics of a spiral binding. We've done what we could over the years to minimize this (the oval drill holes are one example), but as long as we use a spiral, this can happen. The spiral has other strengths that still make it the best choice for this particular job. All you can do is rotate the spiral in the other direction to counteract the condition. The pages will also move up as you rotate the spiral. No matter what, if you hold a spiral-bound book vertically, gravity will have its effect, and pages will sag below the edge of the cover. The bigger the binding diameter (thicker the book), the worse this will be. That's why we haven't made the book thicker than it is - we'd have to go to the next size of spiral, and those are far more "floppy" in this regard.

| Just one more reason to upgrade to the Deluxe version if you can afford it!
