Here's how to access the electronic edition after you've placed your pre-order in three easy steps:
1. Get your PassPorter Store order number (check your e-mail confirmation, or sign in to the PassPorter Store and check your order history).
** Internet Explorer Users: If you encounter problems entering your order number, go to Tools > Internet Options > Security Settings > Custom Level > Scripting and enable the option "allow websites to prompt for information using scripted windows" then click OK. Then close your browser, re-open it, and try the link again!

I can't even find where to put in my order number I go to the message sign in and I dont' see where to click for PassPorter 2010 Book Browser is to put in my order number? Am I missing something
It's likely that your browser security settings are blocking Scripted Windows. Go to your Browser Security settings and allow Scripted Windows and you'll probably be fine.
