We ordered our passporter on March 17 (order 72422). On April 4, I replied to orders@passporter.com that we had not received our book. The next day, I was told our order had been tracked and was labeled as "missent". I verified that the address was correct and have been waiting since for a reply. We did receive one package on Monday, but it only contained a 14 page divider pack - not the 2012 deluxe starter kit that we ordered. I have since sent two emails to support@passporter.com (one Monday and one in the morning on 4/11) and left a voice message, but I have not received a response. Please let us know where our book is!
I read on FB today that Jennifer is out of her office for family reasons so maybe that is the delay in returning you inquiry. Hang in there I bet it will arrive soon!
