Pass Porter Missing Pages

I sent this on the website through updates but its really not a update.

I have also emailed Jennifer and Dave (I know they must be very busy)

I have the Pass Porters Walt Disney World 2012 and here is my problem.

My book is missing pages, 304, 305, 308, 309, 312, 313, 316, 317. My book has page 303 and then on the back of 303 is 306 and then the next pages is another 303 with a 306 on the back. Then I have page 307 and on the back is 310. And then this same page, front and back, appears again. This same cycle happens though my missing pages until I get to page 318 and to my knowledge the book is complete at that point.

Hi! I'm sorry you're missing pages. Unfortunately, this kind of thing can happen occasionally, since the book is a complex item to collate. We're happy to replace any defective book.

We're looking through our various e-mail systems to find your message, but haven't come across it yet. Can you please write to us at support@passporter.com with your information (where you purchased, order # if you purchased from us, full name, shipping address, and phone number). Thanks!

honestly if there is a way for you to just send me copies of the missing pages I'd be happy. Those copies can be emailed and it would be much cheaper than you sending me a new book.

If this is possible let me know and I'll pm you my email address.

Thanks for the offer, but you're entitled to have the complete book, as it should have been in the first place. If you have the regular, spiral-bound edition, there's no way to properly insert the replacement pages in the binding.

Now, if you purchased a Deluxe edition (either Deluxe Starter Kit, or a refill), we won't have to send you the whole thing - we'll send you just the Deluxe Looseleaf Text. However, in any case, we think it's more convenient for you to receive the entire text. If we send you the whole thing, you have the option to replace just those pages you're missing (let's say you've already filled in some worksheets), or the whole thing, which is quicker and easier. Besides, that'll also give you an extra set of our fold-out maps as partial compensation for your trouble.

There's another way, though, if you bought the book directly from us, as you also have access to the Online Edition - you could download the PDF file and print whichever pages you need. But really, we don't think you should have to go to that trouble.
