We only are able to go to Disney about ever 5 or so years. We are planning a tirp for December 2013. When would be the best time to joint the Passporter Club. I was going to join for the annual. Thanks for any help you can give. I am very new to this.

If you are going towards the end of 2013, most of your planning will be done in the next 12 months. There is no harm is joining now and taking advantage of all the planning tools. Then, once your year is up, you can always continue on a monthly basis until your trip!
