I finally got it to download!! The book wasn't showing up in the concierge desk but it showed up when I looked at my order history under my account. Strange! Thank's for your help Jennifer!!

I am really eager to pre-order the 2013 edition of PP, however my one worry is I will not receive the edition in time as the PP site recommends to NOT order the book if you are going to Disney within 2 months of publish. (my hubby and i are goin in April) In some ways I certainly understand but in others I really really want the new edition. (we are going on our honeymoon and i really want to have book in hand) I know if i pre-order i will at least have access to the E-reader version. The other small question i have is if i do decide to order 2012 is that updated for New Fantasyland and all the new additions to Disney or are those updates in 2013??? That is the one thing i really am looking forward to seeing and would love to have in the PP I order.

(I made the decision and spent a little extra then the actual book, I ordered the Binder and the refill kit separately that way i still have the binder to put in any of the ebook pages i choose to print into and if the kit comes out before i leave then i will have it and have the ebook in the meantime) Thanks all for your help and answers you may have given.....im eager for my honeymoon and have been working on research for a while, THANKS PASSPORTER!!!

I pre-ordered my 2013 refill edition last week for a "maybe/hopefully" planned trip in September. Whether the trip takes place or not.....I love having the newest edition on hand.

I went to order the Cruise guide the other day and realized that I hadn't pre-ordered the 2013 WDW edition. Not sure how that slipped past. I usually pre-order as soon as the email comes out. I apparently wasn't paying attention this time.

I got a pleasant surprise today.... my pre-ordered 2013 passporter!! Thank you for the excellent service, i was thinking it wouldn't come before next week! I took the opportunity to share with another worker who is planning a May trip. ( although i suggested she get one of her own! )
I was also very happy to see the cover picture. :0) I can't wait to get home and start reading.

Got my refill kit today, too, so I'd bet that others who pre-ordered will be getting theirs soon.

YAY! Yippee! Now, I can start planning bigtime. I'm so accustomed to how thoroughly PassPorter covers the bases I'm not sure I could plan without the hints, tips and clear organization of everything in my faithful PassPorter.

Hoping it comes soon.....sounds like everyone is getting their refill kits!!! I hope you all have fun planning you now & future trips. I am waiting on mine to arrive so I can flush out final details for my April 7-15 honeymoon. Can't wait to get my refill kit into its new binder.....YEAH PASSPORTER!!! You are my go to book!!!
