We have a trip planned for early January 2013 and I really want to get the 2013 edition of Passporter. I know in the other thread you said preorders would start soon. Does that mean we could get one before the first of the year or hopefully much sooner? I would like to start planning with a more current Passporter than my old ones. If the 2013 is not going to be available for a while I guess I will go ahead and get the 2012; but I really, really want the 2013!!

So, I guess my question is do you have any more definite answer than soon on availability for 2013?

Go on and get the 2012 for now. It's already pretty late to be doing your planning, really.

We've got a trip coming for January of 2014, and I'll be doing all the planning for that with a 2013 PP. Not that much changes from year to year, generally speaking.

Thanks for a quick reply. Planning is done really. Just want 2013 for the organizer pockets and the updated information. I like to write on the organizer pockets and I used the ones in my old book on our last trip. I will get 2012 if 2013 is not out soon. Just hate to buy it and 2013 becomes available the next week.

You could also just get a pocket refill if you do deluxe.

I do have the 2012 PassPorter and have done our planning for our December trip - but any updates on when the e-version of 2013 PassPorter will be available??? I would love to download it to my Kindle before our December trip. The wait and suspense is torture!!

Just placed an order for the 2013 refill deluxe-entered discount code-all fine-filled in all data with my credit card and expiration and an error message came up when I pressed enter= saying there was an error-yet everything is correct what I entered?
I tried it three times-still will not accept?

I know we're going to pre-order the 2013 edition, but we're not going till June 2013, but when we went in March, we used the previous years version.

i just pre-ordered my deluxe refill 2013 edition but the e-book copy won't pull up....is it just an issue for me?

I'm sorry to hear that. Please describe just how you're trying to "pull up" the e-book (online, browser-based viewer on computer or tablet/smart phone, PDF download from your online store account, PDF download from the online viewer, etc.).

At the moment there does seem to be an issue using the online browser-based viewer with iOS devices, so if that's your method... we're working on it.

when i clicked on "my e-books" in the concierge desk, all the books are grey. When i entered my email address and password to retrieve my e-books, nothing came up. The e-books still showed grey. I tried retrieving them at work through Internet Explorer and at home through safari.

sunshinetaradise, is it possible that you used a different e-mail address to order your books than you used here in the PassPorter community? If so, then they can't link up. But I can go in and manually link them if I know both of your e-mail addresses. If you think this is a problem, send me a note with your e-mail addresses.
