| if anyone at all is travelling with anyone with anysort of special needs, i cannot tell you how helpful the "open mouse" edition is. it covers things you might not normally consider "special needs" like taking certain medications, allergies, phobias, etc. |

| trim margins off document print-out When I trim the margins and unnecessary info off the documents and confirmations that I've printed from my e-mail, they ALL fit nicely into the passpockets without any folding!

| I just ordered the $1 edition of PP...I'm planning on dismanteling it and laminating the maps. Also putting each park's pages together (map, attractions, eateries, etc) for use on each specific day. I'm planning on using ring clips to keep them together. I've never been to WDW before and have used my current PP edition a TON! I dont' want to have to carry the entire thing, but want the information with me, so I thought I could just bring "those" pages with me each day! Hope it works!

| Another tip to add to your daily pass pockets... don't just write down where you ate, write down what you ate, and give it a ranking (like Jen and Dave do). I poll the family and average our rankings. Then during the year I try to recreate meals we had at the parks or resorts (along with theme music from my disney collection cd box set), themed tableware, and - somedays - even costumes. My DD loves princess dining at home

| There used to be a "Disney Club" membership, but that was phased out in late 2002. Is that what you mean? Eileen

| Last year, hubby and I got very lost driving ourselves back from a dinner. We stopped at the Contemporary Resort to ask for a map of the property. They gave us the best map of roads within the Disney compound ever! If you ever need the World's best map, stop there!

| Idea for new worksheet I have an idea for a new worksheet and wonder what the best place to send it is. I'm leaving for Disney in 2 DAYS!!!! and realized this was something that I know I would have liked to have had. I'll make it myself, but thought others might like it as well. Thanks, Kelly |

this idea!! I wish I had seen it earlier! I ordered a bunch of $1 passporters but gave them all away to people I know are going to WDW. Since I am on a budget and couldn't afford new PP for them, I at least wanted to get them the older edition. NEXT TIME!!

| I have a Deluxe PP & today I took out the park Map for EPCOT. I plan on "marking it" with allthe F&WF booths & on the back listing the menus. Then I will print it out & place it back into my DPP. This way I knew where everything is & what the "should" have there. I also write everything I need for the day on the daily pass pockets: confirmation #'s, meets, phone #'s (travel agent, our hotel, airline). I keep last trips maps in the pockets for referrence untill I get the news ones too (they help me in planning out touring), pics I want to take, ideas for CS meals. I also print our menus from AllEars for the CS that we may want to eat at & put those in the pockets as well (helps with "where should we eat? what do they have??" that always come up) I am also a fan of highlighting, post-it flags & completely "marking up"my DPP with notes & suggestions from other PP's posts. Definatly take out pages you don't need (as son as I know what resort we are staying at I take out all the others) If we aren't doing DisneyQuest I take out that section too. As others have said thelighter your PP the more likely you are to take it with you to the parks & you will need it there! My biggest suggestion would be to take you PP & make it yours. Mark it up, fill it with things you will need, love it & it WILL love you back!

| I have a deluxe and with my most recent trip in January/February I made my own tabbed dividers and started buying 2 sets of refills. This way I can organize it exactly how I want it. I now have the MK dining info. and MK Tour Guide Mike info. with the MK info., AK dining info. and AK Tour Guide Mike info. with the AK dining info. etc. I also make a page for each day of my trip that has the hours and show/parade info. and the Tour Guide Mike least crowded parks info. on it. This page is easily put in to a pocket and makes changing plans on the fly easy and crowd free. |
