Hi everyone!
I have a question about the Passporter Open Mouse Book. (I am waiting not so patiently for the free 40-page download - my computer is SO SLOW)!
My DSIS has a few health issues which cause her balance to be off. She is embarrassed to ask for rides to be stopped in order for her to get on easily. My question is: does the Open Mouse book give that kind of info on rides? We went to WDW in November, and she was mortified that she almost fell getting on the Nemo ride. I would love to order this book for her if it gives this kind of info (sometimes I don't remember if a ride stops to load ). She could look up the info before she leaves & plan her trip around the info. (Sometimes we ask for her, but she doesn't like "stopping the ride" in order to get on it).
Thanks in advance for any info!
Jackie

There is a description in Open Mouse for all the rides, telling you what it does, how to get on, how long it lasts, and a whole lot more..
I think Open Mouse is a great investment for all visitors with any special needs.

I am definitely ordering this book in the very near future. I know it will become a very valuable resource for our future trips to mouseland. I had planned to get it after our trip last year but now that things have gotten worse for me I will most definitely be getting it before our next trip.

I plan to get the book and like the way it was written and tested.
If anyone has questions about DLR please PM me.
I bought a book about disabilites and WDW but it was so poorly written that I might as well have read the park brochures and used online tips. I actually knew more that that book. I like how this book is aimed as some many types of guests. Great book.
