|  Reader Encounter No sooner did I go “off-duty” than we met an enthusiastic reader named Shannon who asked for an autograph. She hadn’t heard of MouseFest, so we showed her the info on it in the back of the book. Shannon, if you see this, it was a pleasure to meet you and I was really impressed with how well you were using your PassPorter!
