Reader Quote of the Week
"I think the PassPorter is the best Disney World guide. It is well organized, the color maps are the best, and I find the ratings included in the book for the resorts, restaurants, and attractions very helpful." -- Kim Gavel (Check out our "Reader Feedback" for more reviews by real people in real time!)

    Disney on Crutches?
    by zacksmom_1993

Apparently, in my family, decorating for Christmas is hazardous! Last winter, my aunt broke her back by falling down the stairs with a box of decorations. This year, I fell coming out of my shed with Christmas lights. I have a possible ankle fracture, but regardless of the extent of the injury, I'm in a partial cast with crutches for the near future. The problem is that I have my Mousefest trip scheduled in just 10 days. What should I do? What would you do? Unfortuna... (more)

Where can I find Disney stocking holders?

Anyone know where I could find some Disney-themed stocking holders? Disneyshopping.com doesn't seem to have any, which was surprising to me. I would imagine that means the Disney Store wouldn't have them either. Did anyone buy some recently?

    Purchasing APs at Disney Store
    by JennyK
    30 Nov 2008 at 6:53am
This isn't for planning my own trip, but a question for guests I help at work. When you arrive at WDW and you have already purchased your AP at the Disney Store, can you bypass the line for purchasing tickets somehow? I'm assuming because of how the APs are printed that the card you purchase is an exchange voucher and not your actual pass. Guests at the store asked about this today and no one was positive of the answer. I know that park tickets purchased at the store can get you r... (more)

    Disney Dining Experience

We will be new Annual Pass Holders. ;) Is the Disney Dining Experience card Beneficial? It says we will get 20% off our dining purchases, but 18% is added to your bill automacilly if you use Table service. We are staying off-site for the next two years, so we will not be able to use Disney Dining.

    Disney Quest

We stopped off at Disney Quest on the way to the airport today. We went up to the cafeteria on the fifth floor. It was by far the best counter service food we had on our trip. They had baked ziti, paninis and pizza. They prepare the paninis and the pizza when you order it. My wife and I had the ziti. It was very good. They didn't skimp on the cheese. My boys had the individual pizzas and there were really good too. I was lucky to get a taste. The only thing my boys didn't lik... (more)
