need help cancelling subscription

So it seems I am not the only one having issues with this. I am trying to cancel my subscription that renewed two weeks ago. I didn't realize it was an auto-renewing subscription, and I didn't notice the email that was sent warning of the renewal. I don't want a refund as I should have paid more attention, I just want to cancel it so it does not renew again. I don't have any trips planned for at least 3-4 years from now. I have tried 2 different computers, 3 different web browsers, my iphone and ipad to no avail. I keep getting an error and can't get to the subscription page. I have sent several emails to support and to Jennifer and have gotten no response. This is getting very frustrating, and it doesn't help to see so many others with the same problem.
